Operational shifts or interruptions shall not constitute grounds for liability or reimbursement.

Eligibility Criteria

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years and older, legally competent to enter binding agreements within their respective jurisdictions.

By navigating our site or initiating a project, you affirm compliance with these eligibility prerequisites.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate project-related information and uphold adherence to relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.

It is imperative that no engagement compromises intellectual property, creative integrity, or ethical standards.

Creative Ownership

All original content, visual materials, conceptual drafts, and written works presented on InnoSpace’s digital platforms remain the intellectual property of InnoSpace unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Replication or alteration of said material without express authorization is strictly forbidden.

Payment Structure

All payments are due per terms outlined in client agreements. Delayed or incomplete payments may result in paused or discontinued services.

We reserve the right to seek resolution for outstanding dues via appropriate channels.

Timeline Flexibility

Estimated timelines are provided for project planning and are subject to change due to material availability, client revisions, or external delays.

InnoSpace is not liable for delays stemming from unforeseeable or uncontrollable events.

Cancellation Guidelines

Project cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Any reimbursements will be determined by the progression and resource allocation of the ongoing engagement.

Work completed up to the cancellation point may be billed proportionally.

Limitation of Liability

InnoSpace is not accountable for indirect or incidental damages that may arise from the use of our services or consultations.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

Service Discontinuation

InnoSpace may, at its sole discretion, restrict or terminate access to services if there is a breach of terms or misuse of the platform.

Upon service termination, all pending balances become immediately due, and service access will be revoked.

Jurisdictional Governance

These conditions are governed by the prevailing legal system of InnoSpace’s operational domicile, irrespective of conflicting legal principles.

All disputes shall be settled within the competent legal venues in said region.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for non-performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, or material scarcities.

Service continuation will resume as feasible once external conditions permit.

Client Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and shield InnoSpace from any liability arising out of misuse, misrepresentation, or breach of these terms by you or your affiliates.

This protection includes covering legal costs, claims, and compensations demanded by third parties.

Dispute Resolution

Any disagreement should initially be addressed through amicable dialogue in good faith.

If consensus cannot be reached, both parties agree to resolve the matter via arbitration, adhering to the relevant regulations of our business jurisdiction.
